Prognosis in healthcare can be an effective approach to preserve and prolong the wellbeing of individual. Through personal electronic devices, prognosis is achieved by daily monitoring of an individual’s activities. For this research position, a research assistant will be working in a team of researchers to develop test protocol and to conduct user tests on wearable technical têxtiles fitted with sensors. We seek individual who is interested in cross-disciplinary healthcare research.

Preferred technical background: B.Sc, B.Eng or M.Sc or M.Eng in any engineering disciplines including but not limited to material science and engineering, bio or healthcare engineering, mechanical engineering; experimental research / hands-on experiences on fabrication; or engineering design
