**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspire and lead the interior design team.
- Work closely with SCDA's stakeholders and other departments to align the interior design team's vision with the company's strategic objectives.
- Drive the creation of interior spaces and oversee the design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring projects meet SCDA's standards and clients' visions.
- Engage in business development activities, representing SCDA's design philosophy and securing opportunities that align with our values.
- Ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met, leading by example in managing complex, high-profile projects across diverse geographies.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in interior design, with a significant portfolio of completed projects that demonstrate a commitment to design principles.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a dynamic and creative design team.
- Strong strategic and business acumen, capable of contributing to SCDA's growth in design practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
