**JOB SCOPE**
- Ensure adequate stock is always maintained in the booking portal.
- Liaise with attractions and suppliers for updates, promotions, and information, and escalate to relevant departments.
- Handle, record, and manage all requests consistently and uniformly.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports and statistics.
- Assist in loading all products (hotels/activities) into the system prior to release.
- Monitor and update booking portal content to ensure accurate and current information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and special offers.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as necessary.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Maintain effective communication with all company departments and liaise with relevant teams.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays (on a rotating schedule).
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
