Investor Relations Manager

A leading Asia-based investment management firm is seeking a high-calibre Investor Relations Manager to join their Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in both investor servicing and fundraising initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a key point of contact for investor queries and operational due diligence processes.
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth communication with investors.
- Take ownership of key fund documents including the private placement memorandum and marketing materials such as AIMA DDQs.
- Draft and coordinate responses to investor RFPs and DDQs.
- Manage and maintain the firm’s investor document repository, including side letters and other bilateral agreements.
- Support ongoing capital raising and investor retention efforts.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- Strong communicator with excellent writing skills and a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven experience in investor relations, client servicing, or compliance within a hedge fund or asset management environment.
