Singapore AIRCRAFT ENGINE COMPONENT SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

Our company is recruiting for a Sales and Field Application Engineer to serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and repair complex PLC systems in the machine.
- Responsible for carrying out general maintenance work and general electrical repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment in the company and customer site.
- Provide sales speech to the customer on the technology and services offering.
- Maintain good customer relationship and feedback whatever customer needs and comment to sales and management.
- Attend to enquiry on project works, opportunities and provide quotations accordingly to customers.
- Undertake any relevant tasks as may be directed by the superior from time to time.
- Perform project management and customer site duties as assigned.
- Willingness to attend in-house or external technical training to improve skill set provided by the company.
- Proactively look for business expansion opportunities and new customer for the company.
- Maintain the inventory and stock count in the warehouse. Packaging and arranging of the goods for delivery to the customer.

**Requisite Criteria & Skills**
- Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering with 1-year experience.
- Coordinate projects with different vendor and clients to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Able to generate additional sales and get new customer for the business.
- Good in troubleshooting and repair of PLC assemblies. Knowledge in electrical PLC circuits and PLC programming.
- Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
- Need to travel within the Singapore.
