**IT Engineer**

**Job Functions**:

- Troubleshooting PC and Network related problems
- Ensure Backups are successful and properly done
- Provide Recommendations for Upgrades and Improvements
- Carry out Preventive Work on PCs, Servers and Firewalls
- Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams
- Attend to client's request for IT Products

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Network Devices, Firewalls, VPN and Wireless technology
- Basic understanding of Windows Server administration, AD and Group Policy Management
- Reliable, dedicated to building a strong and good infrastructure for clients
- Responsible, accountable and service oriented mindset
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Prepared to work during weekends during project implementation and system maintenance
