In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of customer lifecycle management activities from customer outreach, onboarding, event trigger and periodic review to exit.

You will monitor and develop the KYC operations team, drive strategic initiatives and fine-tune KYC processes to ensure that customer standards are met while maintaining robust and effective controls. You will work closely with various functions across the organisation and provide guidance and direction to stakeholders regarding regulations for new clients and product rollouts.
