**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and clinical care in the clinic
- Provide leadership on the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Review, standardize and streamline workflow and processes
- Manage all administrative functions and reports
- Oversee, recruit and coach a team of dental nurses
- Manage all manpower requirements and HR policies, Payroll, Leave Management
- Marketing planning and execution of promotions
- Management and negotiation with suppliers, Inventory Management
- Manage customer enquiries and other customer service/operational issues
- Business Development
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
**Requirements**:
- Can-do attitude and positive demeanour, a people person
- Diploma/Degree in Management Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory & operations management, and Business Development experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
