48 hours/ week including break time
Location: Central Area
Job Duties:
- Organizing the bar area
- Handling the daily operations of the bar
- Provide training for new bartenders
- Concocting new and innovative cocktails
- Maintaining a good inventory system
- Liaise with vendors, and suppliers for order supplies and budgets
- Comply with safety and hygiene requirements
- Keeping wastage and spoilage to a minimum
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Follow club’s policies, procedures and service standards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Hospitality/F&B experience as Receptionist
- Knowledge of bar equipment
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food and Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
