**What You'll Do**
- **Shape Our Brand**: Build and manage a consistent, compelling brand identity across multiple platforms.
- **Boost Our Presence**: Establish a strong online and offline presence through creative, emerging marketing channels.
- **Develop Strategies**: Design and implement effective marketing strategies that align with organisational goals.
- **Drive Client Acquisition**: Build meaningful business relationships and manage lead pipelines to support the financial consultants team.
- **Launch Campaigns**: Plan, execute, and monitor impactful digital and physical marketing campaigns.
- **Support Sales & Recruitment**: Provide marketing insights and assist the recruitment team in generating leads.
- **Analyze Audiences**: Study demographics and track marketing campaign performance to refine future efforts.
- **Marketing Support**: Help run daily marketing activities, tests, and coordinate internal projects.

**What You Bring**
- A-Level, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- A proactive, energetic, and positive mindset.
- An understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience is a bonus—but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**What You'll Get**
