**Responsibilities**:

- Perform database update and administration
- Process internal and external parties’ requests
- Prepare recurring and periodic reconciliations and reports/schedules
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects
- File and archive documents
- Provide information to analysts, officers/supervisors/accountant on issues and queries
- Prepare KPI reports

**Department Specific Details**

**Master Data Support (MDS)**
- Create and maintain vendor/customer information in system.
- Extract and compile reports and update information, as required.
- Maintain and update information in system for:
a. Blocking/unblocking of HO

b. SKU Maintenance

c. Internal order Creation and Budget Setup

d. SRM Matrix Approval Table

e. Bank key & intermediary bank creation and maintenance

f. Markup% changes and Wholesale GM% maintenance

g. Exchange Rates - Daily & Monthly

h. GDC MCS Profile Creation & Maintenance

i. Division Setup & Maintenance

**Customs & Regulatory Compliance**
- Extract daily Country of Origin (COO) report by invoice reconciliation date in SAP
- Creation of Regulatory Attributes for all departments
- Extract new styles report

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
- 1-2 years working experience (shared service centre preferred)
- Must be proficient in MS Excel/computer savvy, SAP experience is an advantage
- Good communications and writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
