As a Better Retail Executive, you have been specially identified as a team member we want to nurture into something _Better_. You will be on the fast track for professional development, with plenty of opportunities for ascension to supervisory, training, and even managerial roles. Because we are a small and unstructured unit, you will also have a unique space to discover and explore your passions and find a way to integrate them at the workplace, whether in Marketing, E-commerce, Design, Visual Merchandising, Public relations, or Business Analytics.

**A Better Retail Executive Will**:

- Possess an excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative and a strong appetite for self-led learning.
- Adapt easily to varying job assignments and tasks both within and outside the store.
- Lead the Service experience by developing direct and meaningful relationships with our customers, and maintaining strong product knowledge of in-store brands in order to provide top-notch advice to shoppers.
- Be a strong communicator and an enthusiastic team player.
- Maintain store organizational and homekeeping standards; and adhere to operational policies with excellence.
- Be highly motivated and committed to the achievement of daily store sales and KPI goals.
- Be a Better brand ambassador by upholding strong professionalism and integrity.

**Salary**: $1800-2200/month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
