As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate, creative, and data-driven **Digital Marketer**to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop content strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Design visual assets such as infographics, social media graphics, and short videos.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing across platforms.

**2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Plan, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display)
Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn Ads
- Define campaign objectives, budgets, target audiences, and KPIs.

**3. SEO & Website Optimization**:

- Optimize website content for search engines (on-page SEO).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, content outreach, and directory listings.
- Monitor and improve domain authority and page rankings.

**4. Analytics & Performance Tracking**:

- Track and report on campaign performance using tools like:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Meta Business Suite / Facebook Pixel
- Analyze ROI, traffic sources, conversion funnels, and make data-backed improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Strong command of written English, with good visual storytelling skills.
- Analytical and creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
