Supply Chain Admin Assistant

Singapore T & K WORLDWIDE COMMERCE PTE LTD Full time

a) Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in Autocount.

b) Ensure the documents needed by QC is provided.

c) Receiving in Warehouse Management System (WMS) upon approved by QC with batch number.
- Purchase parts
- Supplier fabrication parts
- Internal fabricated parts (upon return from painting and approved by QC with BN)

d) Issue Delivery Order (DO) from WMS for parts that issued out (to internally/ Alpine/ supplier - raw materials etc)

e) Update internal fabrication parts to excel list upon receiving from Elaine/ production.

f) Issue manual DO and update to the excel list for items that send out for painting.

(Item e & f use the same excel list)

g) Issue return note to supplier (if there is any)

h) To maintain the T&K PN list in WMS.

i) Assist in stock count and picking/packing of parts.

j) Basic filing works.

k) Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**

a) Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Warehousing and Logistics.

b) Able to read, write and understand simple English.

c) Must be positive, responsible, organised, and independent.

d) Energetic individual and good team player.
