Our company is one of the market leaders in Mobile Gaming. As part of their regional expansion, they are seeking for a **Tax Manager / Senior Tax Executive **to join them.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall performance of the tax function for the Group
- Ensure compliance for direct and indirect taxes and tax accounting in statutory reporting is completed accurately and timely for all entities, in compliance with the company policies and local legislation.
- Partner with Business Leaders of different regions to understand the tax status of each region and works closely to improve tax benefits.
- Lead tax planning and compliance projects
- Support additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Monitoring existing tax incentive’s requirement, including EDB grant submission and audit.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Accounting / relevant professional qualification
- At least 3 - 5 years of Tax experiences in a big setup
- Accredited Tax Preparer / Accredited Tax Advisor holders are advantageous.
- Those with prior experience in professional service firm is advantageous
- Positive working attitude, strong team player, good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload.
- In addition to meeting Singapore tax reporting requirements, priority will be given to individuals with expertise in US federal tax and the tax laws of California or New York state
