**What You’ll Do**
- Work directly with, and execute trades for portfolio managers across different cryptocurrency assets and trading strategies
- Book trades, monitor positions and risks in the portfolios
- Implement and maintain codebase for algorithmic trading strategies
- Monitor uptime and performance, investigate technical issues of algorithmic trading strategies
- Maintain trading counterparty and broker relationships
- Work with developers and quantitative analysts to improve systems, optimise strategies
- Liaise with Operations, Finance and Risk teams to resolve any issues
- Work across market time zones, which include nights and weekends

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Python, especially in the context of financial modelling, data analysis, and algorithm research and development
- 1-2 years of experience in trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies is advantageous
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies
- Familiarity with trade execution is a plus
- Ability and capacity to work in a 24/7 market
- Strong collaborative skills and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment; the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
- A keen eye for details and strong analytical skills
- Clear and articulate communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and make fast-paced decisions under pressure
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
- Desire to grow with a highly collaborative team
