Wellness Centre Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the wellness centre, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Recommend suitable wellness or scalp treatment plans for clients (training will be provided)
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through excellent service standards
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of wellness consultants and therapists
- Handle recruitment, training, performance reviews, and team development
- Monitor inventory, prepare reports, and support financial oversight
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service compliance standards

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in managing a retail, spa, wellness, or beauty outlet
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to close packages and meet targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of professionalism
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a bonus but not required)
