[What the role is]

Senior Manager, Business Planning & Development (Interim Use Planning)

[What you will be working on]
- Draw up interim use land use plan for State properties and land island-wide to guide the optimisation of the different asset class through adaptive reuse of state properties and rejuvenation of historical buildings
- Work with private sectors and public agencies to curate suitable uses that meet the market demand and community needs
- Execute Price and Quality tenders for allocation of State properties and ensure outcomes are met
- Explore and implement new allocation mechanisms for State properties
- Manage projects including place-making as part of rejuvenation efforts for State properties

[What we are looking for]
- Background in urban planning, civil engineering, transport planning, environmental studies, building, real estate or geography.
- Strong interest in real estate marketing and business development
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Have good knowledge and experience in using GIS Ability to work independently as well as in a team
