**Functional Support Engineer**
Basic: SGD 6000 - SGD 7500
Working Hour: Mon - Fri
*8AM - 5PM
Location: Buroh Street
- Act as the first technical point of contact for Asian internal and external customers and

collaborators, providing support level 1-3.
- Monitor orders and trading flow, ensuring the full integrity of the order book between the

trading platform and ERP. Maintain trading flow master data and databases.
- Troubleshoot errors, debug, and correct orders and database records in various systems

(trading, DB, ERP, MES).
- Monitor infrastructure composed of SAAS products, network, servers and databases.

Troubleshoot outages and coordinate proper resolution with different partners.

**Requirement**:

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex data flows between systems

and different technologies.
- Solid experience in relational databases (SQL) and no-SQL databases (Mongo). Proficient in

performing CRUD operations in admin consoles and executing advanced queries.
- Experience in SAP and knowledge of the FIX protocol would be a plus.
- Comfortable with complex infrastructure deployment and systems (servers and network),

with the ability to analyze component failures and operate or coordinate resolution in admin consoles.
- Understanding of financial markets and trading flows would be a plus.
- Stress-resistant with strong interpersonal skills.
- Curious, autonomous, and eager to learn and progress in a fast-changing environment.
