- Working Location: Woodlands

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform IPQC checks for all FAI parts from start to final delivery inspection for sheet metal, machining parts, including finishing. Ensure all items are checked before leaving the factory.
- Document all results in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Execute rejection of FAI goods and perform analysis of reasons for failure.
- Oversee Quality related activities involving Supplier’s qualifications for all FAI parts.
- Establish check Jigs for high-volume parts.
- Assist QA with internal & external audits.
- Tracking of non-conformances and follow up on CAR, 8D, Customer Feedback and Return for FAI parts.
- Well-versed in all sheet metal checking equipment. E.g. Profile Projector, CMM.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

- Ability to use CMM & generate reports
- Strong Knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance of sheet metal.
- Knowledge in problem-solving methodologies - 8D, CAR
