**What you will be working on**:

- Develop & manage member and volunteer activities & programmes
- Plan the calendar year of programme e..g member activities, volunteer outreach events and activities for stroke survivors and caregivers).
- Collaborate with PR company to post regular updates about SNSA events on various social media platforms and manage these platforms
- Plan and execute publicity for events and activities
- Ensure smooth implementation of programme
- Prepare periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for
- Post programme evaluation to ascertain program effectiveness and to develop improved methods and devises evaluation methodology; Implements and analyse results and recommends appropriate action
- Manage & keep track of the budget for the programmes and activities.
- Schedule and allocate resources, volunteers, partners and staff for the programmes
- Recruitment, management & coordination of volunteers
- Supervise & train volunteers, partners in the running of programmes and provide administrative support
- Build & manage the membership database
- Conduct awareness & community outreach and perform needs assessment to ascertain needs and gaps of the members
- Any other duties as assigned.
