
Claim Processing Officer

**Job Descriptions**:
- Checks for disbursement
- Administer exception handlings and refunds
- Attend to escalated enquiries on claims
- Collation of data / information / statistics for regular reporting
- Provide administrative support
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by Team Lead
**Job Requirements**:
- No experience required but 1 or 2 years of working experiences in processing claims, disbursement and refund will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
- Must uphold strong code of work ethnics and confidentiality of information
- Detailed and meticulous
- Good English communication and written skills
**Work Arrangement**:
- 5 days week (8.30 am - 6pm)
- Hybrid Work Arrangement (WFO/WFH)
