Bim Modeller

Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software
- Handle designing and drafting work as assigned by the Architects or engineers under mínimal supervision
- Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy
- Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications
- Complete drafting responsibilities within schedule assigned
- Review drawings and ensure it is within drafting standards prior to submissions
- Maintain all revisions of drawings for future references
- Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications
- Constantly update and maintain a drafting log
- Other scope of work to be assigned by the Senior Project Manager / Project Director

**Requirement**:

- Minimum certification in related field
- **Well-versed in using Autodesk Revit BIM software/tools, and modelling techniques**:

- Preferably with 3 years’ relevant work experience
- **Experience in Data Centre will be an added advantage**:

- Good communicator with excellent coordination skills
- Ultra-sensitive to deadlines and capable of good resource planning
- Strong knowledge in Fire Alarm & Protection System
- Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
