**Poste et missions**:** Main Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and prepare reports on existing and potential corporate customers to facilitate the on-going management of credit exposure and decisions on the renewal and approval of credit facilities.
- Credit Risk assessment mainly for trade and commodity finance in AP, but also, on a case by case basis for corporate lending and project finance.
- Check and validate internal ratings prepared by the business units, as well as other indicators such as Loss given default.
- Advise business units regarding structuring of complex transactions and optimization of risks.
- Review and analyze credit proposals to ensure adherence to the bank’s credit risk policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with conditions set by Credit Risk Management.
- Close cooperation with Credit Risk Management in Head Office.

**Required Skills**:

- A recognized University degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accountancy or related discipline.
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector and credit risk management functions, with strong expertise in trade and commodity finance. Knowledge in corporate lending and project finance would be added advantage.
- Recent experience of Credit risk management in China and South-East Asia regions, being familiar with the financial regulatory system and legal framework related to lending business in those regions.
- Strong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of financial statements and related financial ratios.
- Confident and competent credit decision capability, being able to challenge the status quo as well as to work with tight deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communications skills; Fluent in English and Chinese. French would be added advantage.
- Having the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and exhibit a positive "can do' attitude and willingness to broaden horizons outside of core credit competency required.
- Have a take ownership and following up mindset and able to work successfully as part of a team and with senior management.
