- Engage with IT points of contact (PIC) from each branch to gather insights into their cloud systems and requirements.
- Analyze the feasibility of implementing cloud governance frameworks across the SEA branches.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify gaps in governance practices.
- Draft comprehensive documentation for the Cloud Governance Framework, including policies, guidelines, and procedures for implementation.
- Ensure the documentation aligns with the bank's strategic goals and industry best practices.
- Oversee the deployment of the cloud governance framework across the SEA branches.
- Provide training and support to ensure that the branches adhere to the new governance policies and procedures.
- Plan and support the systemization of processes as required to meet governance needs, ensuring smooth integration and compliance across branches.
