**Job Description**:

- Lead a team of technicians for aircon facilities related activities.
- Advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.
- Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
- Investigate, analyse and determine the root cause for breakdowns and faults.
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
- Carry out any ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
- Any other ad-hoc work as assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities - ACMV:

- Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures
- Provide technical advice and assistance to field technicians on all maintenance functions
- Any other tasks, when required by the immediate superior

**Requirements**:

- Experience in both ACMV and Chillers - 3 Years
- Experience in Air-con repair and maintenance or in HVAC industries is a plus, but not necessary
- Background in Refrigeration/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a plus
- Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short notice
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
- A good team player and displays positive attitude towards works and has an open mind towards opinion.
