Our Fed Gov Client is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect (EA) who will be responsible for developing a variety of EA artefacts including, but not limited to: Strategies, Principles, Standards, Visions, Business Capability Models, Patterns, Technical Reference Models, Landscape Diagrams, Value Chains, Current States, Target States, IT Roadmaps.

As a Senior Technical Architect, you will exercise your strengths in consulting, customer engagement, and technology to help tackle digital business transformations. You will design, develop, and architect solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform for engagements ranging from enterprise-wide transformative digital strategies to tightly focused proofs-of-concept on emerging technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a technical lead for the implementation of a Salesforce CRM solution for the Claims Management System.
- Design and guide the integration of CRM solution for the Claims Management System with other systems and custom extensions to the Salesforce product.
- Undertake a capability gap analysis based on the differences between the current and target state architectures, with recommendations for any transition initiatives, including any business process reengineering efforts.
- Assessing systems architecture currently in place and working with the technical team to recommend solutions to improve it.
- Participate in and manage Architecture Working Groups to develop and maintain the EA.
- Provide expert technical advice in the current and future use of technology.

**To be successful in this position, it is expected that you will have the following attributes**:

- 5 or more years of experience in Enterprise Architecture domains
- Qualifications in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, DODAF, etc.
- Previous experience with enterprise-grade CRM implementations (preferably Salesforce)
- Demonstrated experience with Mulesoft product suite

**Essential criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft enterprise software, Office365, Salesforce CRM and managing Azure cloud services. (40% weighting)
- Demonstrated experience in hardware infrastructure, storage area networks, virtualisation management, backup, disaster recovery and high availability solutions. (40% weighting)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. (20% weighting)

**Eligibility**:

- Australian Citizens eligible for a Baseline Clearance

**Work From Home Policy**:

- Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
