We are looking for a dedicated **Part-Time Sales Consultant** to join our team and support the sales process for our online property investing webinars.

**About the Role**:
**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Conducting consultative sales calls with qualified webinar attendees to understand their goals and determine if our mentoring program is the right fit for them.
- Building trust and providing a high level of customer service, guiding potential clients through the decision-making process.
- Clearly communicating the value of our mentoring program and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Managing your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up with leads.
- Attending briefings and sales team meetings before and after each webinar event.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in consultative sales (experience in the property or investment industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond to clients’ needs.
- A passion for helping others succeed in their financial and investment goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and leads.
- Availability to commit to Saturdays and Sundays during our scheduled events (a few times a year).

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
