- To work within multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of psychiatric care of women and children.
- To assess the mental health needs of patients.
- To plan and coordinate care with patient and family, healthcare partners, and community agencies.
- To provide psycho-education and supportive counselling to patient and family.
- To monitor and evaluate patient’s response to treatment, and revise intervention plan as needed.
- To participate in service programmes and initiatives.
- To participate in collection and input of data for clinical audit of service.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Psychology, Social work, Counselling, or relevant healthcare experience in Psychiatry
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
