Responsibilities
- Overseeing project quality plans.
- Coordinating with all trade team.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
- To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
- Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractor.
- Liaising with authorities, clients, sub-contractor, and consultants to resolve any commercial and contractual matters.
- Check and create MOS & RA
- Resolving technical problems/ difficulties that may arise on site.
- To ensure proper handover of project to client.
- Any Ad-hoc duties required.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with preferably experience in LTA projects.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess with relevant safety certificate.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
