We are looking for a **Senior Frontend Engineer **to join the Trading Experience team who is at the forefront of building innovative products and services that empower retail and institution users to take ownership of their assets in the new digital finance world. As a member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work with passionate individuals who are deeply committed to building the crypto economy.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate with designers to enhance the trading experience of users. This involves understanding user behavior, identifying pain points, and coming up with solutions to streamline the trading process
- Build and maintain CI/CD workflow using GitHub Actions
- Take initiative to ensure the long-term quality of the code and actively participate in decisions related to the frontend architecture
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

**What we're looking for**:

- Have 4+ years of experience building frontend systems and components. Expertise in one of the popular frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
- Experienced working in cross-functional teams collaborating with backend engineers, designers, and product managers
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges related to frontend development and user interactions
- Possess a keen eye for UX design and the ability to collaborate with designers to optimize the trading experience for users
- Values business impact over lines of code written
- Organized, proactive, and self-managed
- Experienced in financial product companies and interest in crypto markets
