Have gone through the ranks of an operations group supporting customers on a 24-7-365 basis Practical experience in OS hardening and performance tuning Create tooling and automation to continuously improve the monitoring, management and reliability of our network infrastructure Proven track record in maintaining and enhancing skill(s) level(s) according to future technology trends Experience in managing Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, Microsoft Certificate Services and VMware virtualization platform Familiarity with compliance and security standards across the Enterprise IT landscape AD/DNS/ADFS configuration, administration and troubleshooting VMware Virtualization configuration, administration and troubleshooting Work with service providers and product principals in managing Windows systems and the VMware virtualization platform. To be responsible for the operating systems and ensure ongoing security and resiliency of the infrastructure systems. To manage, configure and maintain all installed systems and infrastructure. Provide technical support for infrastructure and operations which include change management, problem management, configuration management, capacity management and disaster recovery Respond promptly to system issues and incidents on 24x7 basis.
