**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Bill of Materials including quantity take off, measurement etc for Tender / Proposal ;
- Liaise with vendor on quotation and technical proposal to ensure on time delivery / submission ;
- Evaluation and review of vendor’s technical proposal and commercial proposal to ensure compliance with Client’s specification ;
- Review client’s tender specifications and source of appropriate vendor;
- Preparation of tender submission documents such as method statement, technical write up, compilation of vendor’s technical proposal etc
- Ad-hoc task as assigned by management ie assist project team on sourcing of equipment, material, method statement, design etc
- Assist and follow up on both pre and post tender clarification
- Liaise with planner on work schedule for tender submission
- Compute, compare and compile vendors’ proposal for management’s review and decision making
- Work as team player and at the same time to perform assigned duties with minimum guidance or independently.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 Years of working experience in project or proposal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM and Microsoft Office software
