**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with background/ credit checks vendors on day-to-day processing and provide support to Team’s Head in vendor relationship management matters
- Manage Singapore SFA/FAA and MAS 753 regulated role registration, changes and cessation
- Manage Singapore Conflict of Interest processes like Outside Employment and Relationship at Work
- Liaise with the businesses and Compliance on the administrations above
- Support Team’s Head in HR Risk and Compliance service level monitoring and reporting
- Manage HR Risk and Compliance procedures manual maintenance
- Support Team’s Head in any regulatory or internal/ external audit, inspection on the team’s processes
- Drive continuous improvements on the team’s processes
- Involve in adhoc HR projects as assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in Risk and Compliance
- Degree in relevant field
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented
- Good with processes
