**About the Application Specialist Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Commissioning and handover of machines to customers at jobsite, including assembly of accessories.
- Along with sales and marketing activities, setup and conduct machine demonstration for promoting key equipment (e.g. Milling Machine, Pavers, Stabilizers/Recyclers, Refuse Compactors, Digital Solutions, etc.).
- Provide recommendation to product managers for product improvement based on jobsite experiences and customer feedback.
- Creation of job and project reports (e.g. collection of facts and figures, pictures and customer statements).

**Key Requirements**:

- Ideally diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in heavy machinery/equipment, or construction sector. Preferably with operation/service background.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulics and electrical system.
- Able to operate milling machines/pavers/recyclers is advantageous.
- Working experience in asphalt milling/paving works or asphalt plant is advantageous.
- Based in Southeast Asia, but preferably based in Singapore.
- Flexible to travel in APAC countries as required
