As a Service Crew Frontline cum Barista, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages. Your role combines front-line service and barista skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers with their orders, providing menu recommendations and answering questions.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and barista station.
- Process transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred but not required.
- Passion for coffee and beverage preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
