**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to general enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Communicate with clients for bookings and administrative matters
- Schedule and book production team members’ assignments
- Create and update records of clients in CRM
- Coordinate with production and finance team to ensure accurate and timely billing of clients
- Prepare and liaise deliverables with vendors during post-production (e.g. prints, photos albums and canvas)
- Maintenance of studio (cleanliness, supplies, equipment)

**Technical Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and general administrative duties
- Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent
- Proficient in computer, office and CRM software
- Able to write and speak English professionally
- Able to work on weekends

**Qualities**:

- Positive, professional and friendly attitude
- Comfortable in talking to clients
- Reliable, independent, meticulous and able to produce quality work
- Ability to speak in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and/or family is a plus
