You will join our Regional Market Development Centre (RMDC), taking care of developing region such as Bangladesh; Sri Lanka; Cambodia; Myanmar, etc, to develop and execute marketing communication strategies. This role involves coordinating with local teams and branches, managing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

What you will be doing
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to emerging markets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce localized content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand guidelines and messaging.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities in the region.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget and track expenditures.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Guidance of Junior Staff: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What you should have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in emerging markets. Certification in Digital Marketing or Project Management will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
