OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive

**What will you do**:

- Familiar with structured cabling system, security system, ELV system including CCTV, Access control, Network, NMS, PA, Intercom, master clock, IPTV, Nurse call, car park management, UHF radio, integrated security management system and BMS.
- Understand system design, review technical specification, prepare basic project documentation including BOM, Datasheet, FAT, SAT and maintenance checklist. Work with drafter to prepare System architecture, Floor layout plan and system wiring/termination diagram as per project requirement. Assess and execute design changes and drawing releases.
- Assist project planning with PM. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor project.
- Manage projects site activities, attending site meeting, interact with customer. Site survey. Review site engineering, installation, manpower deliverables. Testing and commissioning. Develop mechanisms to track schedule progress on site and update the progress to PM regularly.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification. Perform overall quality control on work (budget, schedule, plans) and report to project status to PM.
- Establish good and effective communication with PM.
- Assist PM for Variation order opportunities.
- Ensure all deliverable i.e material, drawing are approved prior to installation work.
- Command and control over sub-con.
- Increase productivity.
- Coordinate with product development, scheduling and resolve engineering design and test issues.
- Engage in product team on mechanical and electrical product design.
- Handle product characterization and parametric testing.
- Synthesize engineering responsibilities with product development team members.
- Handle customer builds, launches and production and company and client plants.
- Assist new business quotation activities.
- Account to Project Manager and Engineering Management.
- Conform with engineering codes and standards and company QA system and policies.

**What we look for**:

- Recognized Degree with 2 years’ experience in relevant field
- or Diploma with 5 years’ experience in relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, team, One Drive and Project essential
- Good verbal and written communication skill in English. Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
- Able to exhibit a positive attitude and interact positively. Has strong problem solving and analytical skills. Detail oriented.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Working experience in hospital projects will be advantageous.
