**About the Team**

The Security & IT Operations team plays a key role in ensuring that our products are developed and operated by fulfilling highest security standards. Furthermore, the team is in charge of setting up and operating security tools, SaaS solutions for collaboration, enterprise software, etc. across DA.

**About the Role**

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic security program for DA, and managing the security of our physical and digital assets. To ensure success as Head of Security, you should be able to foster a culture of physical and cyber security awareness that drives behavioral changes within DA. You should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to minimize risk to ensure the safety and integrity of personnel and company information.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading the Security and IT Operations teams
- Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members
- Actively involving in projects or issues of high complexity that require in-depth expert level knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments, demonstrating strong cyber resilience skills and sound judgment
- Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed
- Driving security strategies and implementing IT solutions to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks and ensuring business continuity
- Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvements
- Identifying cybersecurity risks from internal systems and vendors impacting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the organization, performing threat assessments of identified vulnerabilities and defining solutions to improve the cybersecurity posture.
- Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by identifying training requirements, conducting training sessions and communicating within DA
- Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislations in all countries where DA operate.
- Displaying sound judgment and decisiveness in ensuring that corporate information is well protected and secured
- Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs
- Performing the duties as a Data Protection Officer for the organization
- Being the primary security SPOC for all customers and partners including but not limited to Government, large and small enterprises.

**About You**
- At least 10 years working experience in information security and compliances
- At least 5 years practical experience developing information security policy, practices, standards and guidelines.
- In-depth technical knowledge of security engineering, IAM, security protocols and applied cryptography.
- Good understanding of DevSecOps practices and ways of implementing security for a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
