**About ELLO**

ELLO is on a mission to reinvent home security with AI. We’re building Vision One, a smart home camera system that doesn’t just record events—it understands them. Our vision is to shift home security from reactive to proactive, giving families peace of mind without the noise of false alerts.

We’ve recently been featured on ASMAG and selected to showcase at **IFA 2025 (NEXT Pavilion)**in Berlin. With our MVP nearing completion, we’re ready to kick off go-to-market efforts—and we need someone who can lead the charge.

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll be ELLO’s first growth marketing hire—both a doer and a strategist. You’ll test messaging, run experiments, and help us figure out what gets real users to care.
- Shape and execute ELLO’s early go-to-market strategy
- Build and manage landing pages, waitlists, and early access flows
- Craft compelling copy and creative assets that resonate with families
- Use analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads, Hotjar, etc.) to measure and optimize
- Conduct user research to validate assumptions and uncover insightsHelp drive traction ahead of our public launch

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-4 years experience in growth, performance marketing, or GTM strategy (startup or agency)
- You’ve run digital campaigns and can show results
- Strong writing and messaging instincts—you know how to turn features into benefits
- Analytical and curious—you love running experiments and learning from data
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Bonus: experience in smart home, consumer tech, or hardware launches
