The Corporate Learning (CL) team’s expertise is in creating rich, interactive learning experiences that develop leaders who shape their organizations’ futures by making smart decisions at critical moments.
Key Responsibilities:
Live session facilitation:
- Researching session context (content, client, etc.)
- Conducting contextualization and briefing sessions with key client sponsors
- Adapting session flow and content to the needs of clients
- Creating a high quality, interactive and engaging experience for learners
- Employing various participant centered facilitation practices to meet diverse learning styles and experience levels
- Cultivating an inclusive, equitable and safe atmosphere for learning and sharing in an online learning environment
- Addressing participants’ questions and helping participants identify next steps in their learning journey
- Collecting feedback about the quality of the live session from participants and clients
- Evaluating the effectiveness of live sessions and identifying areas for improvement
Solution implementation support:
- Scheduling and leading client calls, writing call summaries and sharing notes with relevant stakeholders (such as CL’s Sales and Solution teams)
- Delivering solution trainings and best practice sessions to support the implementation of
- Corporate Learning’s digital solutions
- Assisting with the development of training materials
**Requirements**:
- Highly organized and confident facilitator or educator
- Understanding of client business and organizational issues; able to speak to client specific issues/challenges while offering insights and relevance to client
- Understanding of participant-centered learning and the case method
- Experience engaging diverse groups of individuals, from entry-level employees to senior management
- Extraordinary customer service skills with an attention to detail and the agility to respond quickly and appropriately to changes
- Effective communicator able to share information clearly
- Self-sufficient, ability to independently manage projects and meet multiple deadlines using available resources
- Inclusive team player, comfortable working across cultures in a virtual environment with colleagues located around the globe
- Successful collaborator and stakeholder manager who acts with integrity, honors commitments, and strives for excellence
- 5+ years of proven facilitation track record delivering experiences to global audiences
- Continuous investment in own learning and development
- Ability to work flexible hours to support international locations
- Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms such as Webex, Zoom or MS Teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, additional languages are an asset
