This ad policy analyst role will require complex problem-solving skills and a true entrepreneurial spirit working across time zones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, develop, and measure performance of key metrics to generate insights and improve enforcement efficiency of policies to tackle major ad abuse trends.
- Conduct data-driven research to resolve reported problems to determine their root cause using internal tools.
- Provide data-centric recommendations to stakeholders on how to solve business problems and to help them make holistic policy decisions.
- Define, structure and summarise large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into digestible information for all types of audiences via reports, dashboards, and interactive visualisation.
- Support product development, develop roadmaps and deliver user-facing functionality.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on various data science and product management projects

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree
- Good understanding and interest in policy development and analysis in the tech sector
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Be able to think and work analytically and critically.
- A self-motivated individual who is able to work independently, and as a team member in a complex and ambiguous environment.

Preferred qualifications:

- 2+ years in an investigative, data science, or trust and safety role.
- Prior experience in a technical field
- Deep understanding of social media and tech environment
- Experience working and communicating in a multicultural environment and with international stakeholders.
