**Responsibilities**:

- Step out of your own comfort zone to take on new challenges
- Lead and deliver safe and engaging activities that align with programme aims and objectives
- Support and guide a team of Adjunct Outdoor Instructors to ensure effective delivery of programme objectives
- Maintain effective communication with parents, schools, and staff when handling registration, feedback, and other essential interactions
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and plan necessary health and safety measures to ensure safe delivery of quality programmes
- Regularly check and maintain equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Ensure all activities are aligned with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Grow as you explore new ways to engage and inspire children -we’re here to support you every step of the way
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of Adjunct Outdoor Instructors
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure clear communication regarding resourcing needs, ensuring high-quality programmes and experiences
- Design, plan and prepare engaging activity content that enhances children’s learning experiences
- Collaborate with the programme architect to curate innovative ideas that enhance and expand the value of our programmes
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including supporting marketing platforms and events
- Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships

**Requirements**:

- Passion towards outdoor adventure learning and inspiring children
- Positive learning attitude and a growth mindset
- Relevant experience in a similar capacity; conducting outdoor-related programmes / facilitating workshops
- Exhibit classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage children effectively
- **Currently residing in Singapore**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $2,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
