**Responsibilities:
- Documentation - Review and ensure that loan and security documentations comply with the approved commitments.
- Approvals - For new loan disbursement and loan rollover (uncommitted facilities). Ensuring loan amount and tenure are within approved parameters
- Limit Control
- Loading / Revision / Cancellation of Limits - Input / update of collateral values
- Covenant monitoring
- Insurance renewals / updated valuation reports
- Monitoring past due exposures, borrowed and swing lines, Comite approval conditions / LTV compliance
- Monitoring and updating of financial covenants
- Reporting:
- Daily limit excess & past due report
- Monthly Forthcoming and overdue annual review report
- Monthly outstanding documentation Report
- Monthly expiring & expired credit document reports
- Monthly covenant breach report
- Project Management - Support ad-hoc requests for systems new features implementations (LIQ), and support ad-hoc requests for transformation initiatives to boost efficiency of the team
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of credit admin/documentation experience in corporate banking operations
- Possess project management skill showing capacity to engage effectively across teams, clients, project teams and technology
- Excellent problem solving skill to identify, understand and address operational issues
- Previous exposure to Agile methodology is a plus
