Key Responsibilities:
1. Laboratory Operations- Assist with the daily laboratory activities for teaching and research activities- Assist the technical managers to coach researchers on the operation of equipment and in carrying out experiments in a safe and effective way- Laise with and manage vendors and contractors for the technical needs of the laboratory- Assist in carrying out periodic maintenance checks of equipment to ensure that they are in good working condition- Provide logístical support for events and lab visits

2. 3D Printing and Design- Support print jobs for research, university and school projects- Customise and design 3D printed objects using specised software to optimise the print job and achieve requirements of the projects- Advise PIs, researchers, students and requesters on printing capabilities and parameters of printers at the lab for research, university, school and industry projects- Assist in any other technical request of the projects

Job Requirements:- Knowledge on 3D printing and lab operations are preferred- Excellent command in English (written and spoken)-
- A hands-on person and enjoys working in an academic/research environment- Highly motivated and customer oriented- Able to work independently, as well as, in a team
