- Collaborate with developers to implement design solutions and ensure usability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the blockchain space.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development and improvements.
- Develop and execute pre-market strategies, including go-to-market plans, positioning, and messaging.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to prepare for product launches.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align product features with market demands.
- Communicate design concepts and product strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure that all products adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on blockchain technology trends and security best practices.
- Develop tailored strategies for emerging technology sectors, such as virtual reality and AI
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product design or a related role, preferably within blockchain or fintech.
- Hands on experience on virtual reality & AI technologies.
- Experience in Data driven promotional strategy.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the late evening hours to accommodate regional team meetings is required.
