Software Quality Engineer

**Responsibilities**
- Reviews test requirements and specifications and defines test cases and scripts (including traceability) of moderately complexity.
- Creates test environment, executes, interprets and reports test result and ensures early escalations of issues in own work.
- Produces metrics on the overall testing results, documents and verifies test results and records all defects encountered properly and timely, in line with test strategy and plan.
- Provides quality and status-reports associated with own work using applicable metrics to cover the tests cases and failure situations.
- Contributes to the performance of independent audits and reviews on test results and approaches, quality reports and KPI's.
- Independently completes impact analysis of change requests and changing priorities and escalates complex problems or correction activities.

**Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Quality Assurance.
- Basic software OOAD, Windows CMD scripting / analyze traces and logs / code analysis.
- Banking software testing experience is a plus.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
