**Role Objective**
- We are looking for a recent graduate to work as a real estate research analyst, with the responsibility of assisting us in identifying the best real estate investment opportunities in Asia. He/ She will conduct research on Asian real estate markets, and assist in communicating with the investment team, investors relations department, investors, brokers and consultants.- This position reports directly to Director, Head of Research based in Singapore, and will also work closely with Investor Relations and Investment teams region wide. The post-holder is expected to work on a range of projects, presentations, written papers, pitchbooks, and be able to present their findings.**Job Duties**
- Support the head of research in formulating real estate strategy for the REIT’s balance sheet assets and fund vehicles
- Collect and prepare macroeconomic and real estate research materials as necessary
- Conduct research and analysis on Asian real estate markets, prepare presentations
- Provide analysis for pitchbooks, and support related capital raising for real estate funds
- Produce written papers on topical real estate related issues

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree with major in either economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, real estate, or business
- A keen interest in real estate markets is an advantage but not essential
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication and writing skills in English
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, a fast learner with a positive attitude
- Dynamic, flexible and teamwork player
- Must be already be able to work in **Singapore**:
