The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves handling invoicing, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team with various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.
- Assist the finance team with various accounting tasks and projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist with general administrative matters.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, ACCA, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 8.30am-6pm or 9am-6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
